He prides himself in being hands-on and strongly believes that a builder's place is on the jobsite and that without proper customer service, there’s no chance of a business' survival.

Continuously striving towards the highest standards, paired with unique designs, features and a dedicated team of sub-contractors, Amir has grown Pars into a symbol of unparalleled quality and solid luxury properties.

With his range of skills, the people behind him, and decades of experience, there are few obstacles he has yet to encounter and overcome.

Born and raised in Kelowna, BC, Hamid Khajavi is continuing the lineage and high-quality tradition of Pars Luxury Custom Homes.

Hamid grew up on the job site and throughout his entire life, he has been alongside his father taking in all there is to know about building quality custom homes.

At a young age, it was normal for him to believe that his life would lead where it has.
After completing his university degree in business, he pursued diplomas in Construction Drafting Technology and Civil Infrastructure Design before joining the Pars team full-time.
Today, Hamid is lead superintendent and project coordinator.

His passion for building quality and the extraordinary is evident in his energetic, positive approach to building. There are no problems, only solutions for Hamid.
